Loomestra™ arranges delivery to the destinations displayed as available when an order is submitted.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete recipient name and accurate delivery information.
Available products are ordinarily prepared for dispatch within one to three business days unless another period is displayed.
Estimated transit time begins after the parcel has been accepted by the applicable delivery provider.

Any delivery range shown by the store is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival appointment. Weather, public holidays, transportation interruptions, customs review, carrier volume, remote locations, and local delivery restrictions may affect arrival.

Products from one order may be prepared at different fulfillment facilities. They may therefore be shipped in separate parcels, receive different tracking references, and arrive on different dates.

Tracking information may require additional time to become active after dispatch. Tracking scans and status updates are maintained by the delivery provider and may not show every stage of movement.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation has begun. Parcels returned because of incomplete information, refusal, an unavailable recipient, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may require a new delivery arrangement.

International deliveries may be subject to import procedures, customs review, duties, local taxes, or documentation requirements established by destination authorities.

When tracking indicates delivery but the parcel cannot be located, customers should check entrances, mail areas, designated safe locations, household members, neighbors, reception staff, building management, and carrier notices before reporting the issue.
